We offer EXCHANGES ONLY on perfectly conditioned & tagged ITEMS. ANY WORN, STAINED OR DAMAGED GOODS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- You may exchange merchandise within 10 business days of receipt of purchase.
- ALL shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- ALL our items are limited quantities, and may sell out immediately! If an item is out of stock there will be no exchange or returns only store credit, based on the selling price of the item once received back in our possession.

We DO NOT accept exchanges on any white items, t-shirts, swimwear, bodysuits, leggings, sleepwear or accessories/bags. All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our facility!!

Please email us FIRST to initiate a return. Please DO NOT return any merchandise to us without speaking to someone from our team and receiving certified confirmation via e-mail. Once approved, we will provide you with a return address to send items. Please note that customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs.
ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 5-7 business days or sooner.
We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
