SHIPPING POLICY
To ensure that package/packages is properly shipped and delivered within the allotted time frame, kindly ensure that YOUR address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations/ apartment number and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues when verifying your address, we will call or text to ensure that the listed information is indeed accurate.
If you realize that you've entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us immediately via e-mail/phone. If your order was placed on the weekend, please call us first thing Monday morning.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Hause Of Jan'Zel, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Hause Of Jan'Zel WILL NOT be held responsible!
Items are usually processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase or sooner, with the exception of Public & Bank Holidays(shipment may delay as post office may not be open). Purchases made over the weekend, will be shipped on Monday. Tracking information will be sent to the e-mail listed on your order. If two business days has passed and tracking information hasn't been received, kindly give us a call ASAP!!
